The Voice star Will.i.am and Danny O’Donoghue are making sweet music together!
It seems that The Voice coaches Will.i.am and Danny O’Donoghue have struck up a close friendship since they’ve been working on the show together, and now, they’re recording together too.
TV Biz reports that Will is keen to have Danny’s “soft indie rock tones” for his new party anthem tune.
A show insider said, “Will and Danny are the unlikeliest of combos but they have really hit it off.
“They come from different ends of the music spectrum but that’s what Will likes about him.
“The way they’ve been going it wouldn’t surprise me if they have an entire album of stuff done by the end of the series.”
And of course, a similar pairing worked well for Will and Danny’s opposite numbers in the States as The Voice US coaches Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera teamed up on Moves Like Jagger, which was a global hit…
Will is also reportedly keen to collaborate on a track with Jessie J and Tom Jones, but we’ll get to see all The Voice coaches singing together when the show launches tomorrow night on BBC1 at 7pm.
Are you looking forward to the show? Or do you think it’s one too many talent searches?
