Applications are closing for X Factor 2013! Come on people!
The X Factor will return to our screens later this year but if you want to audition for the new panel of judges then you need to get a move on people.
Applications for the ITV show close THIS FRIDAY and the first rounds of auditions will begin very soon, even though the judges haven’t yet been chosen.
Producers will soon start hitting venues around the country, listening to hopeful performers and going on to choose the best (and worst) who will go forward to sing for the four stars in May and June of this year.
There are a few conditions to entry, the most important being that you must be 16 years and over to apply and you must be eligible to work in Britain.
You can apply for the show online, by submitting a video of yourself singing a song of your own choosing, or you can attend one of the nationwide audition dates.
As part of this year’s new star search element, you can even put a member of your family or a friend forward for the series and if they go on to win, you will be rewarded with a cash prize.
One of the conditions of nominating someone else, is that you must keep the application a secret, as if your applicant is chosen they will be surprised by the show team when tryouts get underway.
As part of the application you will need to upload either (i) a recent audio-video recording of your Nominated Applicant or (ii) a recent audio recording of your Nominated Applicant and a recent photo of your Nominated Applicant.
