Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh have already clashed over a contestant on the first X-Factor show of 2005!

The pair refused to see eye-to-eye over a young male contestant, who Louis and Sharon were both keen on. Simon disagreed and tried to convince Louis to say no. However, Louis wasn’t swayed, and Simon became more and more irritated, eventually accusing Louis of embarrasing himself, the show and the contestant!

Eventually he stormed off with the producers - we assume to complain about the standard of contestant they were sending through! There was footage later in the show of Simon and Louis arguing in a corridor about this.

I didn’t think the contestant was wonderful - did any of you think he was X-Factor material?
