Cheryl Cole admits ‘there’s no place like home’ but no mention of The X Factor!
Cheryl Cole has admitted that she’s glad to be back in the UK, after a short holiday abroad.
The ‘Call My Name hitmaker returned to London yesterday, after spending two weeks in America with her boyfriend Tre Holloway and much as she loves the hunky dancer, it seems she’s happy to be home.
After a nationwide reunion tour with her former girl group Girls Aloud, the brunette beauty was said to be taking some time away from the industry and spending time with her loved ones before returning to work.
It had been a busy few months and after three years apart, Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts reunited in November 2011 and embarked on a series of concerts around the UK, before announcing that they were splitting again last month.
Cole tweeted a few days after the news broke and then was uncharacteristically quiet online, until last weekend when she returned to social media and posted:
“So I’m back from my break.. Feel relaxed and refreshed.. Apart from jet lagg bla .. There’s no place like home.”
It had been rumoured that Chez was relocating to LA for good and Sarah Harding seemingly confirmed this recently. Insiders had claimed that she was in talks with Simon Cowell about returning to The X Factor USA, despite the fact that she is currently suing it’s production company.
However, Cheryl has made no mention of the show or her future plans as yet.
Tre will miss his lovely lady though and it sounds like he loved having her to stay. He tweeted:
“I love her! #backtonormallife.”
