Cheryl Cole on course for fastest selling single of 2012 – premieres new single Craziest Things ft will.i.am (VIDEO)

Cheryl Cole may not always sing live and when she does, it may not be to everyone’s taste, however it seems she has just proved a lot of her critics wrong.

The former X Factor judge released her latest single ‘Call My Name’ at the start of this week and it seems that the British public are keen to get their hands on the track, as it has been reported that the song is on track to become the fastest selling single of 2012 so far.

Chezza has shifted a whopping 100,000 copies of the lead single from her third solo album ‘A Million Lights’ and that’s after just three days of sales. It is thought that when the weekly chart is revealed on Sunday she will romp easily into number one.

DJ Fresh FT Rita Ora’s Hot Right Now has been the fastest selling single of the year so far, but if Cole manages to sell 128,000 copies by the time the final chart is collated on Sunday, she’ll have the record all to herself.

Meanwhile, the Geordie beauty is making the most of her success and time at the top and has today released a preview of her next single.

The track is titled ‘Craziest Things’ and features her manager will.i.am.
