Our favourite X Factor judge, Cheryl Cole is currently trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of Comic Relief.

In this clip she chats about how she is finding the climb and is obviously ecstatic at the first bit of phone signal in three days. This means that she can start texting and ringing round her loved ones on her short break from walking.

Can I just ask how on earth Cheryl manages to look so blooming fabulous whilst half way up a mountain that has no showers or washing facilities, never mind personal make up artists and hair dressers?
