Cheryl Cole has claimed that she has never had Botox or had any other form of cosmetic surgery.

The X Factor judge told More: “I think plastic surgery is very personal to each individual. It’s not something I’m interested in or thinking of doing.

“I haven’t had surgery anywhere on my body. You can have a look if you like! I certainly haven’t had Botox, but who knows in the future?”

She added: “Things are becoming a little more important now that I’m over 25 though. I think as a woman, it’s important to make yourself feel good, to take care of yourself.

“I don’t get that much sleep really, I don’t ever get the opportunity to! I think it’s important, but it’s not always that easy. I also try and drink a lot of water but I’m not that great at it.”
