X Factor judge Cheryl Cole is reportedly moving to America in the New Year and leaving her husband Ashley Cole behind.

The Daily Star reports that Cheryl is moving to Los Angeles to launch her music career in the States, however Ashley refused to join her as his football career is UK based.
