The Daily Mirror today reports that Cheryl Cole – who’s been officially diagnosed as having malaria – has been moved from a private clinic in London to the city’s Hospital for Tropical Diseases.

A source said to be close to Cheryl told the paper, “She really is very poorly indeed and doctors weren’t taking any chances.

“Intensive care was their best option when they saw what condition she was in…

“She is now in the best place for her with the best experts in the field to look after her.”

The paper adds that Cheryl’s representative have cancelled all her upcoming work commitments, including X Factor auditions and photoshoots.
