Cheryl Cole has admitted that she can’t get into fancy spa treatments and massages.

The former X Factor judge confessed that she isn’t a typical A list star, as she prefers relaxing by cosying up in her PJs and watching her soaps, to heading to the local luxury spa or bringing in her own private masseuse.

Cole – who is currently in America, finishing her third solo album – told OK magazine how she likes to wind down after a hard days work, saying:

“I had physiotherapy on tour when I suffered from a bad hip but I can’t get into massages – I can’t relax.

“I’d prefer to sit down and watch Coronation Street or EastEnders. That can take me away from the drama of my own life.”

Cheryl is an avid soap fan and even when in America, she still keeps up to date with Coronation Street, Eastenders and Emmerdale as her mum sends her the episodes on DVD.

Cheryl is reportedly planning to release the first single from her third solo album next month.
