Cheryl Cole shows off new roses tattoo on her back during Girls Aloud tour debut!
Former X Factor judge Cheryl Cole is evidently a fan of saying it with flowers as she’s had an intricate tattoo featuring two giant roses on her back.
She uncovered the new ink during the debut of the Girls Aloud reunion tour in Newcastle last night, during which an emotional Cheryl told the audience, “There’s nowhere in the world I’d rather be right now.
“Thank you so much for all your support…
“It’s been an emotional evening but I wouldn’t have wanted to share it with anyone else, so thank you.”
Her band mate Kimberley Walsh also struggled to hold back tears as she said, “There’s been a lot of memories over the past ten years and a lot of history.”
And Sarah Harding – who’s reportedly still battling her booze demons – added, “I’m getting emotional.”
But back to the new body art, both the Mirror and The Sun have pictures of the new tattoo – click here to see it – with The Sun adding, “Cheryl, 29 — looking divine in giant angel wings — proudly showed off the intricate floral design that covers an old butterfly inking.”
Cheryl of course has several other tattoos, so I would imagine she’s running out of space for any more!
What do you think of her new tattoo? Epic or epic fail?
For now, here’s a look at the last time the girls played live in Newcastle…
