Cheryl Cole’s mum sounds like the perfect maternal figure. Sources have reported that she makes Cheryl packed lunches each day whilst she is filming the X Factor, to ensure that her daughter always eats healthily and enough. I bet her lunches aren’t the bog standard cheese and ham sandwiches either!

Joan Tweedy currently lives with Cheryl and her soccer star husband Ashley Cole and Female First reports that a source said:

“Having Joan on board will make sure there’s plenty of healthy food prepared for Cheryl. She’s making her small packed lunches so Cheryl can have a break during work and make time to eat. It’s very sweet.”

Cole is said to be aware that she lost too much weight during last year’s series and this year, wants to ensure that she maintains her current weight of 117lbs.

The source explained: “I think Cheryl wanted to find a diet that would help her feel good physically and mentally. In the past she’s been criticised for her weight and hated being under the spotlight for it.

“She seems so much more confident now. No-one is commenting on how skinny she is any more, just how sexy she looks.”
