Cheryl Cole’s new album will contain a track named ‘Screw You’ – for Ashley Cole or Simon Cowell?

Cheryl Cole is preparing to release her third solo album and insiders say it will contain songs very close to her heart.

Perhaps that explains why one of the tracks will be titled ‘Screw You’ and is very much coming from a woman spurned or let down badly by the man in her life.

The Sun reports that lyrics to the track include:

“Can’t believe all the sh*t I did for you,
“Was so caught up in the love I felt for ya,
“I was never enough, I never got your love.
“I loved you so much but you never gave a f*ck so screw you.
“I can still remember our first date, never thought I would scream, ‘I hate ya.’”

Some sources are worried that the angry song may offend many of Cheryl’s fans, who started supporting the former Girls Aloud star when she was still the nation’s sweetheart.

However, others say that her new manager Will.i.am is taking the blonde beauty in a more edgy direction and he himself has promised fans that the new record will contain the best material Cheryl has ever released.

Of course there will be the usual speculation about who the song is directed to.

Could it be her cheating ex-husband Ashley Cole, who allegedly slept with at least five other women during their marriage, despite the fact that Chez forgave him and took him back after the first affair?

Some have claimed that the song is especially penned for Simon Cowell, who despite being a close friend of the star, almost ruined her career last year when he talked her into joining his American X Factor show, then sacked her after only a few weeks on the panel.

We don’t imagine this is the case though, because as far as we know, the singer and the music mogul never shared a ‘date’ and were never in love.

It was claimed yesterday that Cheryl’s first single from her new album will be titled ‘Call Your Name’ and will be released early this summer.

She reached out to former X Factor stars One Direction last week and congratulated them on their American success on Twitter, telling them she was proud of their achievements….awwww!
