Dannii Minogue has admitted that she has never changed a baby’s nappy before…she’s got a huge shock coming her way!

The X Factor judge is eight months pregnant with her first child and revealed that she never felt broody until she met her current partner Kris Smith.

Speaking to The Mail On Sunday about having children, she said: “I just never thought it was something I would do. I had never been broody. No clock was ticking. And I would never have wanted to do it unless I was in the right relationship. He felt like the one.”

She added: “Kris loves me pregnant and that’s a big, big help. You do have hormonal days and I think if anything was said that left me thinking, ‘What did he mean by that?’ it might have got to me. But he is loving every minute of it.

“And I’m not scared, I’m so excited. I think that’s because Kris is going to be brilliant. He’s changed nappies before and I haven’t, not even my nephew’s. My brother said to me, ‘It’s nappy-changing time. Don’t you think you should give this a go?’ I said, ‘Absolutely not. All yours. Your child’.”

In other news, it has been reported today that Dannii has landed a record deal worth £1 million, that may see her going head to head with the X Factor winner in the Christmas charts.
