David Walliams & Harry Styles tease each other on Twitter as David surprises theatre kids!

David Walliams and Harry Styles have known each other for quite some time (since One Direction began on X Factor to be exact) and have expressed mutual admiration.
So it was very funny to see the pair use their lazy Sunday afternoon to exchange some good natured abuse to one another.
David started it, by Tweeting a picture from the magazine he was reading, saying: “Harry Styles lookalike competition winner unveiled… pic.twitter.com/hcAT6qVY…”
Harry quickly retaliated by finding a picture of his own, saying: “@davidwalliams hahaha I found you!! pic.twitter.com/dluPeRyq”
David then snapped back: “A tip for you. Try brushing your hair backwards rather than forwards. That way you will look alot less wiggy.”
Harry had either left Twitter by then or is still thinking of a witty comeback, so we can say David has one up in the bitch battle right now. Come on Harry, we were enjoying this, keep it going!!
Meanwhile, we heard that David Walliams returned to his home town of Surrey last Thursday to surprise the children at Leatherhead theatre who were staging a version of Peter Pan.
David appeared on opening night and impressed, delighted and shocked the kids with his appearance.
One of the young actors Tweeted a stunned: “omg omg david walliams was watching me perform! ahh show went so well!! Woo.”
The children’s author will entertain more kids with “An afternoon at the Roald Dahl museum” on 2 August at 11am and An Audience with David Walliams at the Unicorne theatre on Fri 2 November (tickets here)
The Sport Relief hero is also lined up to carry the Olympic Flame this week, and an article with David interviewing Russell Brand appeared in the New Statesman this week in which the pair discussed this year of national celebration.
Soon, he will also be back on TV with new family show “I Love My Country”.
