Ella Henderson has admitted that she can’t wait for the X Factor final this weekend.
The 16 year old singer was eliminated from the ITV show a few weeks ago but is looking forward to heading along to the Manchester Central Arena to watch Christopher Maloney, James Arthur and Jahmene Douglas competing for the crown.
Ella will also get a chance to shine in front of 12,000 people and millions of viewers at home as she and the rest of the finalists return to the stage for their last ever group number.
She’s pretty excited about the whole palaver and told The Grimsby Telegraph:
“It has been great rehearsing for the performance at the final and so much fun being back with all the contestants again and going out into the big city and all the events.
“I have built very strong friendships there.”
Ella has been a busy bee since she finished on the ITV show – though possibly not as busy as Rylan Clark, isn’t that a turn up for the books – and she’s been performing all over the country.
She’ll keep singing into 2013, as she’s been added to the lineup of the 2013 X Factor tour but after that she wants to start work on her debut album. She tweeted:
“I have the tour coming up… But when it is over my aim is to get straight into the studios”
Henderson has also won her fair share of celebrity supporters and on Christmas Eve she’ll be performing live with Hear’Say star Myleene Klass.
“What a talented lady @KlassMyleene really is! X rehearsing for our Christmas Eve Exclusive on Heart Radio x”
Klass seems happy with the pairing and added:
“Just had the pleasure of playing piano for @Ella__Henderson …this girls talent is BEYOND. #truestar.”
