Eoghan Quigg has been voted off the X factor final, after a very tense last moment between him and Alexandra!
I am slightly surprised and was so tense as it was left between him and Alexandra for the last place in the final.
Did Eoghan deserve to go? I’m not so sure as I was torn between Eoghan and JLS to leave. Eoghan put in some sterling performances tonight and he was amazing in his song with Boyzone. However as long As Alexandra wins I will be a happy girl tonight!
Hopefully Eoghan will have a great career, helped along by this great launching pad. Here’s hoping he can escape all that High School Musical crap and just be who he is, with the music that he loves!!!!

i don’t think eoghan should have left tonight, he is a great singer and puts a brilliant show on. maybe im biased as im from northern ireland, but i do think he has great potential and throughout the competition was consistent not like jls who had what seemed like more bad days than good.
after trying to get through the phoneline it seemed like there was only 1 line to call, which is unfair as he would have gotten a lot more votes.

Eoghan should have at least been runner up. Alex is generic, would have rather seen either of the other acts win. Guess X Factor isn’t better than American Idol after all.
