White Star….Finally A Decent Group!

For the last few weeks of audition shows on the X Factor the weakest auditions had to come from the groups category. In fact I had started to pity Simon who is alledgedly managing the groups section this year as talented acts seemed few and far between.

But then came White Star. the male vocal trio consisiting of John Kerr, Alan Fraser and Russell Graham, all aged 20 from Glasgow. They impressed the judges with their version of Take That’s Back For Good.

Although Sharon Osbourne wasn’t 100% convinced about the group, Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh seemed keen and so the trio are through to the X-Factor Boot Camp along with the other 49 finalist acts.

The difference between the White Star boys and the most of the other groups that auditioned is simple….these guys can sing! They actually have talent and I think a bit of the X Factor, so lets hope we see a bit more of them in weeks to come!
