Mel B is making her X Factor UK debut today and we have the first picture of the former Spice Girl on the panel.

The mum of three joined Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh as the auditions hit Manchester and admitted that she was expecting to find a winner in her Northern homeland.

It seems that Mel has already shed all the weight she put on during her last pregnancy and in the nine short months since her last child was born, the singer has managed to tone up amazingly well, displaying an enviable figure in the picture below.

She modelled a dress so tight it could have been sprayed on and we loved the black and cream number, which is much more elegant an outfit that we are used to seeing on the brunette beauty.

Tulisa opted for a more casual style, in a short tulip style black skirt with braces and a Tweety Pie t shirt.

Louis was rocking his new bouffant hair once more – which we think looks pretty terrible and way too try hard – and Gary looked so fresh faced that you would never have guessed he was out all weekend working on the massive Diamond Jubilee concert which only wrapped up at 11pm last night.
