Frankie Cocozza claims judges bullying made him leave the X Factor
Frankie Cocozza has reportedly told his friends that the reason he left The X Factor, was because he couldn’t cope with the judges hating on him every week.
It has been reported that the 18 year old singer was axed from the ITV show, because of his partying and drug taking, however The Daily Star quotes the Brighton lad as saying that he could no longer put up with the ‘bullying’ he was experiencing on each live show.
The newspaper claims Frankie told a pal:
“It was bullying that really drove me away.
“There was too much pressure every week from the judges about my performance.
“And when celebrities like Alan Sugar started Tweeting saying I should go, it got too much.”
Cocozza is said to be a huge womaniser, because he once had his heart broke by blonde beauty Yasmin Griffiths, 19,. She left him for an older boy but is still close friends with the star and she backed up his story, saying:
“I’ve been speaking to him the whole time he’s been on the show.
“He told me he couldn’t take the bullying, and that’s why he left.”
But she added:
“He might moan about being bullied but secretly he loves all the attention.”
“I saw him at a party after we broke up and he was drinking and had a bag of mephedrone.”
“I asked him what he was doing and he laughed and said it was fun and threw it in my face.”
Frankie will be replaced this Saturday by either Amelia Lily, Jonjo Kerr, 2 Shoes or James Michael and later today viewers will be able to begin voting for their favourite.
