Goldie Cheung has hinted that she is planning her big X Factor comeback this weekend.

The Tai Chi instructor auditioned for the ITV show earlier this year and made it as far as judges houses, where it was reported that Louis Walsh chose her as one of his final four for the live shows.

However, just a week before she was due to give her first live X Factor performance on the big stage, the mum of one dropped out of the competition and was replaced by Welsh singer Sami Brookes at the last minute.

At the time it was claimed that Cheung did not want to become the new Wagner, however she insisted that she simply didn’t want to move to London and be away from her family for so long.

It seems that she has kept in touch with producers though, because just minutes ago Cheung took to Facebook and told her friends:

Don’t forget to watch Xfactor final on Sunday. You never know who you might see….

It was revealed earlier today that all the X Factor mentors will be performing duets with their finalists, but as Louis Walsh has no acts left in the competition, we would love it if he took to the stage with Cheung.

However, we have heard that in fact Goldie will be back with a number of other former auditionees…probably the not so talented but very funny ones!
