It seems that X Factor contestant Haifa Kayali is no stranger to talent competitions. If the curly haired songstress looks familiar it’s because she has been on our TV screens a few times before.

A few years ago she made the final 50 in the very first Pop Idol with Will Young, Gareth Gates and Darius Danesh. She also appeared on BBC1′s Making Your Mind Up, competing to be the UK’s Eurovision entry in 2004.
