Johnny Robinson admitted that he has been enjoying rehearsals for the X Factor tour immensely, because he was getting lonely since he moved out of the show’s house last November.

The former drag queen shot to fame when he wowed viewers with his falsetto voice and outrageous outfits on the ITV show in 2011, however having come from a tiny bedsit before he made it onto the popular series, Robinson really enjoyed living with all his pals and was glad to be reunited with them again, when practice sessions for the tour started last week.

How has life changed for you since leaving the X Factor?

It’s given me the opportunity to focus and progress in my life and it’s put me in a position I have never been fortunate to be in before and hopefully progress in the music industry.

Are you looking forward to the X Factor tour?

Without question, amazing experience and getting out there and meeting everyone that has been so nice and voted for us.

Who’s your best X Factor mate?

I got on really well with Sammy, but I loved everyone as we were like one family, I miss that now I am back on my own.

Amelia Lily will also be heading out on the road with the team and admitted that she has loved how ‘crazy’ her life has become since starring in the show late last year.

She explained:

“My life has gone crazy since the x factor! I’m working with people who I could never imagine to be working with! I’ve met some incredible people and been on the go non stop and loving every single minute of it! God bless you all for believing in me!”

The tour kicks off in Manchester on the 25th of February in Manchester and Lily simply cannot wait. She added:

“For the tour I’m most excited about playing in the arenas! Especially after performing at wembley in the final! What 17 year old girl gets to do that?! I’m also looking forward to seeing all the fans who have supported me from day one! Love my Little Lilys’ to infinity and beyond!!”

In the meantime, the blond haired beauty has been loving catching up with all her old pals at the rehearsals, but she has especially enjoyed getting close to the boys from The Risk once more. Amelia said:

“My best x factor mates were the risk! Those boys are legends. I’m just like one of the boys, not a typical girly girl! Haha, i really clicked with them! love them guys!”
