Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh has admitted that she could never be an X Factor judge like bandmate Cheryl Cole.

Kimberley helped Cheryl at the judges houses round of last years show but said that she couldn’t cope with the pressure of being a full time judge on the ITV talent show.

Speaking to Celebs On Sunday, she explained: “It was so hard – I could really empathise with the contestants because of my own memories of having done Popstars: The Rivals.

“But I couldn’t be a judge. There’s too much pressure to handle. That’s why I’m so proud of Cheryl. Out of all of us, she was definitely the most suited to that job, so there was never any jealousy.”
