Kyle Sandilands, Natalie Imbruglia, Guy Sebastian, Ronan Keating For X Factor Australia 2010!

X Factor will soon return to Australian TV screens and the Seven Network has today confirmed the lineup of it’s judging panel.

Former Australian Idol judge Kyle Sandilands, singer/songwriter Natalie Imbruglia, Australian Idol winner Guy Sebastian and Boyzone’s Ronan Keating will act as judges and mentors on the show when it returns later this year.

FremantleMedia Australia’s CEO Ian Hogg said: “We are delighted to be working with Seven and Sony Music on this phenomenally successful format. Our creative team are determined to make this show something very special, a programme that will resonate deeply with Australian audiences.

“Sony will launch the career of our series winner so you can be sure that X Factor contestants will soon dominate the airwaves.”

X Factor did air in Australia in 2005 but was not a ratings success. The new revamped version will closely follow the UK format with hopefuls split into four categories of solo acts and groups split into four categories, boys under-25, girls under-25, over 25s and groups. Auditions launch in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane later this month.
