Lloyd Daniels to quit X Factor?
16 year old Lloyd Daniels has reportedly threatened to quit ITV’s X Factor.
The Daily Mail reports that the teenager was incredibly upset by Louis Walsh’s negative comments about him on last Sunsay’s show.
As he decided who to send home from the show, Walsh exclaimed: “I can’t believe Lloyd is still here.”
He later added on The Xtra Factor: “‘I thought it would have been Lloyd in the bottom two because he’s been there, like, three times. Olly [Murs] did not deserve to be in the bottom two.”
The comments reportedly pushed Daniels over the edge, leaving him exclaiming to producers: “I’m going, I can’t carry on.”
A show insider claimed: “Lloyd was in a terrible state after the show. It has got a bit too much for him. Being told that you belong in the bottom two is devastating for any of the contestants and Lloyd is really young.
“Also, when he was not put into the bottom two, the audience started booing loudly, which is a lot to take on for a young lad.
“He will be okay, he just had a knock on Sunday night and the pressure is really on. After all, there’s only three weeks left on the show.”

Lloyd has a beautiful voice and I would defo buy his Cd even if he dosn’t win he will do well, as for Louis walsh well hes an idiot who thinks people like Jedward have talent ha yeeah right glad they went

Just so everyone knows, teenage girls don’t just vote on looks. I think that Lloyd is a good singer, and so do his fans. It’s really annoying when people assume he’s getting through on looks, so don’t.
Anything Louis says is rubbish and I think Lloyd knows this and it was probably just the emotion of being safe.
Louis moaned about the booing etc of the twins yet they were 18yrs and Lloyd is only 16yrs, plus Lloyd can sing. I don’t think he is strong enough at this time to win but in a couple of years we will know his name.
Louis you are a a***hole and need to shut up, better still go into the jungle with the twins.
The age of the contestants is irrelevant, as they have all fulfilled the age criteria specified at the beginning and it is widely known that they would be subject to scrutiny and judgement during the show.
Lloyd and the other acts just have to learn to take all the criticism they receive (short of hate mail) in stride. If Lloyd were to quit the competition at this stage would just show that he was insincere about entering the X-Factor in the first place.

I think that it was really rude of Louis to say that, especially when it wasn’t even when he was supposed to be judging Llyod. I think he just picks on Lloyd because he seems like an easy target.
I love Lloyd’s voice and really hope that he gets into the final!

i hated it when people said he was only getting through on his looks, yehh he is a very handsome kid but , truth is he CAN sing realli well too x
lloyd deserves to win he is a down to earth person and loui walsh sticks up for john and edward because they come from the same place as him. lloys is very sweet and he shouldnt let horrible comment like that upset him. loui is mean and shouldnt do that kind of thing lloyd and danyl are the best two singers on the x factor so loui can shut up. lloyd dont listen to horrible comments you are amazing and good looking! i really want to meet u lloyd!
