X Factor judge Louis Walsh has claimed that the new American version of the show will be ‘massive’ when it launches.

Simon Cowell announced yesterday that this season of American Idol will be his last and he plans to launch The X Factor in America in autumn 2011

Walsh told The Mirror: “I am sure it will be massive. He knows TV better than anyone else and he has an instinct for what people want to watch. I am sure it will be a big hit.”
