Louis Walsh thinks Shayne Ward still has a shot
X Factor judge, Louis Walsh, has claimed that Shayen Ward could still be a star and insisted that he would already be one if his record company had treated him better.
Speaking to The Sun, he explained: “[Shayne's] still on my roster. If the record company got their finger out, he could still be a star.
“He’s recording in Sweden now. But he’s the only person who hasn’t had a fair crack of the whip. I still believe in him.”
Walsh also sang the praises of 2007 winner Leon jackson saying:
“Leon was a great, great singer. He has a great recording voice. But when he came down to do the live show, he just couldn’t cut it. He’s a casualty of the business. I think he’s better than people give him credit for.”

So true! Mind you Louis Walsh is to blame as well. Between Walsh and Cowell they have both done a good job of messing up Shayne’s career.
I think Shayne was unlucky when he had to take a year of
because of throat problems. I actually liked his music and
it would be good to see him have another go. Trouble is not
many singers last very long nowadays, careers are very short
lived nowadays.
Shayne has not been managed very well at all,very hit and miss! Simon picks his favourites and throws money at them. All the winners of x/factor should be given equal opportunities and promotion but that is not the case.
louis walsh will praise any young good looking male or any irish male even if they are not very good because he fancies them ..its so obvious i mean buying shayne ward jewellery says it all really.
