Lucie Jones loses out on jobs because of restrictive X Factor contract

X Factor reject Lucie Jones has been forced to turn down a host of high profile jobs, because she is tied into an exclusive X Factor contract.
The Sun reports that Lucie has been offered roles in a BBC drama, a West End musical, a movie audition and offered a number of big record contracts since Sunday.
Lucie’s agent Leigh-Ann Regan told the newspaper: “It’s frustrating because we represented her before she went into the X Factor and are still representing her.
“There are lots of offers on the table, but we can’t do anything with them because she’s now under contract with the X Factor until March 2010.”
Leigh-Ann, of Regan Rimmer Management, added: “We’re not willing to pass the deals over to the (X Factor) management company because we discovered her.”
