In a recent interview Ben Shephard has told of a new weekly show to be launched that will look behind the scenes of the X Factor talent show.

The show will be called The Xtra Factor: 24-7 and according to Ben ” the cameras are on hand to catch a glimpse of everyday life whilst in The X Factor bubble from the finalist’s daily rehearsals, magazine photo shoots, mingling with the stars at many a West End film premieres or showbiz bash. We’ll catch up with them doing TV interviews, getting styled.. – you name it, the cameras will be there!”

The show is expected to air in a midweek slot on ITV2.
