Ohhhh Cheryl Cole tweets that she won’t EVER go back to X Factor! Take that Simon Cowell!

Cheryl Cole must have gotten as fed up with all the X Factor speculation as we are and this morning took to Twitter to put all rumours to bed.

Earlier this week, Louis Walsh told The Mirror that he thinks the former Girls Aloud singer would be back on the show this year, replacing Kelly Rowland.

Cheryl of course judged alongside Louis for three years, before leaving the ITV show last year and moving to America to star in the US series. She was dropped from it after only attending a few auditions and Simon Cowell later admitted that he did feel guilty for treating his friend in such a shoddy manner.

However, ever since the X Factor fell in ratings in 2011, rumours have been rife that Cole will return to The X Factor UK, even after her manager insisted it would never happen.

It seems that Chez is still bearing a grudge and hasn’t completely forgiven Simon, as this morning she decided to set the record straight herself and tweeted:

X factor was a great experience and time in my life and career but is now part of my past .. Please #letsmoveonnow #newnewspls Zzzzz *yawns*

In happier days......

She later retweeted a fan’s message saying:

Live for what tomorrow has to offer, not what yesterday has already taken away.

Her PR company replied:

@CherylCole Amen to that!

Cheryl is currently preparing to release her third solo album and announced last week that she was finally done with putting all the finishing touches to the record. She has collaborated with a number of stars and industry bigwigs on the album, including Far East Movement, Patrizio Pigliapoco, R&B star Usher, Taio Cruz and hip hop producer Alex Da Kid.

Cole will release the lead single from the album next month and Will.i.am has told fans to expect a live performance from the Geordie beauty on BBC’s The Voice when it starts later this spring.

She must be loving Twitter at the minute and it’s hard to believe that Cheryl was once a technophobe! The blonde beauty has been using the micro blogging website to have her right to reply on a number of issues, most recently hitting back at her former X Factor contestant Cher Lloyd who criticised her live singing in an interview.

Do you think Cole has made the right decision about putting The X Factor and Simon Cowell behind her? Leave your comments below.

I love the first line of this article – this website is one of the worst offenders for posting endless speculative stories about CC returning to X Factor. Pot and kettle?

Anyway, back to the story. Good for CC to finally confirm that she wont be returning to the struggling show, just goes to show what rubbish comes out of Louis Walsh’s mouth.

Cheryl please, please come back to X Factor and let bygons be bygons. You was a fantastic judge.

Good for her. Whether SC had the power or not to get her kicked from X Factor USA, he certainly didn’t act supportive with the comments about her looking lost on it.

If anyone comes back, I’d like to see Dannii.
