Olly Murs is looking forward to X Factor 2010
Olly Murs has admitted that he can’t wait to see the talented acts who will appear on this year’s X Factor.
The Essex singer, who was runner up on the 2009 series, says that the show ‘changed his life’ and added that he is ‘glad to have been a part of it.’
Olly, who releases his debut single ‘Please Don’t Let Me Go’ next month told ITN: “Yeah, massively looking forward to [the new series]. I’m a massive fan. I heard there’s going to be loads of changes which is going to be quite cool.
“I’m interested to see who comes out on top this year and watch it as it progresses. It’s a great show and to [have been] a part of it as well… it’s changed my life completely.”
Speaking of his newfound celebrity status, he said: “I hate the word ‘celebrity’! Obviously people look at what you wear and you want to look good. Hopefully my dress sense is what people like. I like what I wear. I’m not trying to make a statement, that I’m really cool. I just like what I wear and putting nice clothes on.”
