Not a great day for One Direction fans, first the news that Niall Horan has confirmed his relationship with X Factor USA‘s Demi Lovato and now this, former X Factor judge, Cheryl Cole (the woman every man in this country lusts after) has seen Harry Styles half-naked!

28-year-old Cheryl, who has been famously single since her divorce from Chelsea defender, Ashley Cole, insists that she only sees young Harry as a little brother type figure.  But we all know how he likes his women with a bit more, hmm, experience shall we say, so maybe he isn’t quite on the same level when it comes to how they view each other.

According to MTV’s website, Cole – who is about to break records with her new single, Call My Name, being the fastest-selling single of 2012, went on to discuss with Sugarscrape how she can see the attraction the young One Direction member has on the female race, as well as how she credits the group’s success to herself!

“I took credit for [One Direction] on Twitter – I Twittered the boys, saying ‘Remember who really mentored you when Simon wasn’t around!’

“There was a couple of weekends where Simon [Cowell] was poorly and I had to mentor them, so I take full responsibility for all their success – and over the pond, I think it’s all me.” Cole commented.

When asked if she fancied Styles, who famously dated older woman, Xtra Factor’s Caroline Flack, Cheryl went on to say: ”Harry? I’ve seen Harry in his boxer shorts.”

“Harry’s a little brother type, but I get it, the girls go crazy for him – and the women.”

The subject was quickly changed to the future,and past of Cole’s own band, Girls Aloud, saying: ”In November, we’ll be 10 years old.

“My nephew was born when I got into the group and he’s now 10, so his whole life – a whole person – we’ve been existing for and we have to celebrate that.”

When asked about the rumours of a reunion for the group, she added: “We haven’t got any plans yet, as to speak. But at the end of the year, who knows?”
