Eleanor Calder has revealed that she wants to reach out and comfort Jahmene Douglas.

The former shelf stacker broke down in tears on last night’s X Factor show, after performing ‘Say A Little Prayer’ for the panel.

He’s had a tough week, and endured lots of revelations about his private life, his difficult childhood and his abusive father and after jumping all those hurdles the sensitive singer broke down as the judges heaped praise on him this weekend.

His tears brought out the soft side of Eleanor Calder, who is dating One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson, and she tweeted:

‘I want to give Jahmene a big massive hug!!!’

She had enjoyed a laid back day with her famous boyfriend, including a romantic stroll in the park and earlier tweeted:

‘Regents Park looks so pretty in the Autumn.. 🍁😊’

The pair later cuddled in front of the TV to catch up with the latest goings on in X Factor land but while Calder liked Jahmene’s performance, it seems Louis was more of a District 3 fan.

He wrote:

‘Not gonna lie district 3 smashed it !’

Tomlinson also loved James Arthur’s ‘Sexy And I Know It’ and tweeted:

“@JamesArthur23 smashed it again ! Go on lad !”
