It seems that when it comes to buying property, the One Direction lads won’t be rushed into any impulse buys, and quite right too…

But this week, both Harry Styles and Liam Payne have been spotted once again viewing luxury properties in upmarket des-res Primrose Hill, which is an area that’s known for attracting the rich and famous.

And it is of course where Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams lives, and though recent press reports stated he was hoping Harry wouldn’t buy a pad in Primrose Hill – because of the crowds of screaming girl fans he attracts – David later denied he’d said anything of the sort and added that he’d “welcome” Harry to the area if he decides to purchase a house there.

And it seems he might just because last Wednesday, Harry yet again viewed a few properties in the area, and just a day later, Liam viewed houses on the same street, so the 1D boys might end up being neighbours!

The Sun reports that both lads viewers a £1.35million property in Primrose Hill, which given their huge earnings this year, would barely put a dent in their bank balances should they choose to buy.

A source close to the boys told the paper, “The boys are working so hard and getting so much attention they want to start seeing what they’ve earned and find somewhere they can call their own and relax in.

“They really like the idea of Primrose Hill. It’s a celebrity haven and they’re the biggest news in town right now.”

Primrose Hill is also home to model Kate Moss and actor Rhys Ifans, to name but a few.
