Harry Styles has become quite the ladies man in the last year or two and it seems he learned all his tips and chat up lines from a self help book.

It is claimed that the One Direction singer – who was only 16 when the band formed on the 2010 series of The X Factor – was introduced to the book by fellow X Factor star Olly Murs while he was appearing on the ITV show and hasn’t looked back since.

The publication titled The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists is described on Amazon with the paragraph:

Insiders told The Mirror that Harry’s attitude to women totally changed since reading the book and he apparently treats it like his bible when he wants to pick up a lady.

“Believe it or not, Harry hasn’t always been 100% confident around the ladies.

“So when Olly told him about the book, he was gripped straight away and read it in a week.

“Harry has been joking that since reading it, his methods of seduction have become foolproof. His favourite tips are the ones involving talking to hot girls in group situations.

“He now knows it’s actually best to ignore the women and focus his attention on the men in order to draw the girls in. Apparently, it works every time.

“But the one he has been really laughing about – and threatening to try out on the 1D lads – is the kissing technique. Harry reckons he has totally nailed it.”

Harry has most recently been linked to Made In Chelsea star Caggie Dunlop, after he was spotted driving her home in his top of the range Range Rover following a night out last Thursday. His rep has denied any relationship between the pair but onlookers say they looked pretty cosy as they left the London club.

However, some sources have claimed that the 1D hunk is also trying to wangle a reunion with his ex girlfriend Caroline Flack, who he split from in January of this year.
