Harry Styles is a dirty little dog!

The One Direction singer caused a total furore when he dated Xtra Factor presenter and cougar Caroline Flack last year. The pair met at an X Factor party in London in October and although there was a 15 year age gap between then, they enjoyed a passionate relationship for around three months before announcing their split.

The pair called it a day in January and insiders reported that the breakdown of their romance occurred because his management weren’t happy about him dating an older woman, just as the band were trying to crack America and also because she could no longer stand the abuse she was receiving from his millions of ardent fans.

Harry seemed pretty cut up about the whole thing at the time, however he has since admitted that really, their relationship was mostly based on their physical contact and wasn’t exactly the stuff of Romeo and Juliet.

Will Sweeney, who was in Harry’s old band White Eskimo told The People that his pal often bragged about his time with Caz, explaining:

“I remember asking Harry about Caroline and he laughed.

“He said it was more of a physical relationship than anything else.”

“All his mates think he’s a bit of a legend though. It’s classic Styles. He definitely enjoys the attention and he’s making the most of it.”

Styles is making the most of his single status and hasn’t been in a serious relationship since his and Flack’s breakup. he has been linked with a whole variety of women though and has been spotted kissing more than one during his travels, but for now, both he and Niall Horan remain the last two unattached 1D singers.

We don’t know where the others find time for a relationship anyway, as they are currently touring America, but when they come back to the UK at the start of July, the band will be launching straight into recording their second album, which will be released in November of this year.
