If you every get embarrassed about your old email address or screen name, then you’ll have some empathy for poor old One Direction star Niall Horan.

Before he became famous, the 1D singer had a Bebo page, which he must have promptly forgot about…until this week!

Before the days when Facebook and Twitter ruled the world, the Irish teenager socialised online via Bebo and last night some fans and his bandmate Harry Styles teased him about the fact that his screen name on the site was just ‘da_pimp_is_here.’

Harry tweeted his pal saying:

‘@NiallOfficial is your email still da_pimp_is_ere@dapimpmail.com?’

He replied:

‘Hahaha my old bebo page, dont even know the password for that anymore! My cousin claire came up with the stupid name’

He added:

‘I was young and naive!….that bebo page is hilarious! some great memories in the pictures though ey?’

After hearing all this, of course we had to check out the Bebo page in question and it certainly did give us a giggle or two. Niall, then 16 wrote in his profile section, explaining:

‘…ari everybod! ….. the name is niall.im 16..im in 5th year in mary’s… singin is my life do nothin else!….. im always up for a laff….. so if u know me or wanna know me leave uz a comment and do my blogs girls…. ..cya later bud’

He described himself as ‘seeing somebody’ and name checked his then girlfriend Holly Scally…who incidentally just this week did an interview in which she blamed The X factor for their breakup.
