It has been a good weekend for One Direction star Zayn Malik, as not only has he enjoyed a great reception at his band’s first concerts in the UK in months, but he’s also got to spend lots of quality time with his girlfriend Perrie Edwards.

Yesterday 1D made their way to Liverpool for a performance at Radio City’s gig in the city’s Echo Arena. Little Mix were on the lineup too and before the X Factor groups took to the stage, Zayn and his lady love spent the afternoon together in her hotel room.

Last night he was spotted cheering for her in the audience as she sang and even crooned along with her songs.

The fun continues today, as both bands are now in Leeds, preparing to perform at the annual ‘Party In The Park’ event.

Other stars in the lineup include Alexandra Burke, Labrinth, Marcus Collins, Professor Green and Tulisa Contostavlos.

Meanwhile, Liam Payne has been displaying his funky dance moves to the people of Leeds.

The 1D lads were up and about early this morning and Niall Horan shared the picture below with the caption:

‘Liam is doing some next level dancing in leeds city centre’

Niall may have been impressed by his pal’s dancing but he was not amused at the breakfast on offer at his hotel.

He tweeted this photo with the caption:

‘No not never!worst excuse for a breakfast ever! Boooo’

Poor Niall, he’ll need a bigger meal than that if he wants to build his energy for the day ahead.
