One Direction 2012: Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards tries to be ‘understanding’ and ‘unselfish’ with Zayn Malik
Perrie Edwards has shared her opinions on what it takes to make a successful relationship.
The Little Mix singer has been dating One Direction star Zayn Malik since April of this year – though the pair reportedly hit it off when the boy band appeared on the X Factor charity single last November – and revealed the ways in which she tries to be the perfect girlfriend.
In an interview with Glamour, the blonde beauty was asked for her best piece of relationship advice and replied:
“Be understanding, be unselfish…”
Edwards also thinks it’s important for girls to be confident and self assured but admitted that she struggles to be happy with her figure and body shape.
She continued:
“Sometimes you’ll never be happy with what you do have. Sometimes you’ll be too skinny, and you’ll want to put more weight on. Sometimes you’ll weigh more, and then you’ll want to lose weight. Girls are just girls, to be honest, but when it comes to stuff like that, you’ve just got to be confident.”
So other than Mr M, what other kind of man gets Perrie going? Well she admitted that she does have a few other celebrity crushes and at least one of them was failry predictable.
Edwards said:
“Johnny Depp. Jesse McCartney! Does anyone remember him? When he used to sing Beautiful Soul, I’d be like, ‘He’s singing about me…’”
We wonder how Zayn will feel when he reads that?

Personally,I have watched interviews and kept track of what the boys say they like in a girl and I think Perrie doesn’t fit much of what Zayn says he likes.I would never hate on Perrie,I have somewhat respect for her.Still,I don’t see them lasting long.Prolly won’t last till even next year,by the time they return to America for their 2013 Tour,I predict they will be over.In one interview,they asked who had a girlfriends,Louis and Liam raised their hands of course with big smiles,but Zayn actually turned his head and seemed to be a bit upset.It may have been for another reason,but he seemed genuinely down.Still,good luck to them.

I don’t think they will last, cause Zayn say he don’t like girls with a lot of make up but Perrie use a lot of makeups . And all this while I have been watching the interviews and keeping track of what the boys say they like in a girl…. Perrie is not Zayn’s dream girl
You are totally correct, cause perrie and zayn…. Do not fit together at all and perrie dose not deserve zayn at all; to me in my personal view there is a great difference between their looks, chemistry, charm, personality,beauty and age and zayn deserves much better,,,,,,,,,, their couple is not good at all…. and i dont get it that wht was zayn thinking when they made up…..
i think by the end of their 2013 tour they wont be together. i like perrie she pretty and talented but she wears way to much makeup… but no matter what happens i will be supporting Zayn all the way:)
I think that if you love zayn! then you got to be happy for them! at frist i was really sad but i am soo happy for them. Cause they are happy so leave them alone!
