The One Direction boys had a mad weekend and it seems that some of them are struggling to recover.

Word is that Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Liam Payne partied hard at V Festival at the weekend, staying up until the sun rose and drinking in their ridiculously expensive and HUGE London tube style tent.

Liam and Louis spent most of the time with their girlfriends Eleanor Calder and Danielle Peazer, but Niall Horan was quite the social butterfly, being pictured with Dionne Bromfield, Ed Sheeran, Tulisa and Caroline Flack.

The lads were straight back to work this morning, taking part in a new photoshoot.

Tomlinson struggled with the early start and the long day and tweeted his fans saying:

‘Surprised I got through today. Had a great night last night !’

To make matters worse, as well as coping with the exhaustion, Louis also had to deal with the embarrassment caused by the world finding out his morning that he had been fined by police and given penalty points on his driving licence for speeding on his way home from the concert.

Liam seemed a little more fresh faced than Louis and we loved the picture that Harry posted of him, with the caption:

‘Good shoot today.. Long but nearly finished. Last shot..but heres Liam.’

Niall seemed tired but content and revealed that he was happy just hanging out with the band’s hair stylist. He wrote:

‘Soooo tired today! Big weekend! Just sittin here with the coolest person ever lived @louteasdale’
