Perez Hilton has been predicting that 1D will soon split up or at least, some of it’s members will leave, however it’s members have insisted that this is not the case.

In an interview with Radio City last night, given just before the boys took to the stage to headline a star studded concert in Liverpool’s Echo Arena, the lads were asked where they see themselves in twenty years.

Liam Payne mulled it over for a while and said:

‘It’s difficult to tell because these past two years we could never have expected to have done this much. Twenty years….if it went like it has done so far it would be amazing.’

Louis Tomlinson threw his hat into the ring and predicted that in two decades time, Liam will actually have become the new Gary Barlow.

He said:

‘Liam will be the new Gary Barlow.’

The interviewer jumped on his comments and asked then if he thought Liam would be the first to leave the band. However, Tomlinson insisted that his words had been twisted and added:

‘I don’t think anyone would…..if someone walks then it’s over.’

Perez Hilton recently suggested that Zayn Malik would be the first to leave 1D, based on reports of his recent rule breaking behaviour.
