One Direction 2012: Mika wants to work with Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson & Niall Horan
One Direction are becoming so big that it seems everyone wants a little bit of their magic.
It was rumoured this week that the boys have been working with Bruno Mas on some tracks for their new album and we already know that Ed Sheeran has been collaborating with the lads on songs.
Today, it is reported that Mika is the latest star to become interested in tasting a bit of the 1D pie and the “Grace Kelly” hitmaker admitted that despite being tied up in his own music and projects currently, he would quite like to join forces with the X Factor stars at some point.
In an interview with Sugarscape the quirky performer admitted:
“As a songwriter I think it would be really fun to write something for a boyband because you’d really be able to go all out,” Mika told Entertainmentwise.
“I really want to write the perfect boyband pop song, I’d love to write a song with One Direction!”
We wouldn’t have pegged Mika as a big teen idol person, but it appears that he has a bit of a penchant for the younger men as he was gushing about his meeting with Justin Bieber too.
He continued:
‘”I met Justin Bieber and I shook his hand. He’s got really soft hands. He’s really nice, just a nice kid.’

This is such a good idea. I would really lke to see #Mika work with One Direction. It would be FUN! It is going to be such a banner year for @mikasounds as “The Origin of Love” hits store September 16th. I have heard five of the new songs -they are pretty damn HOT.

I would love it if Mika would write for One Direction. I think the boys are doing great, and Mika is the perfect songwriter for them. It would be better if you had picked a more recent picture of Mika, as he is no longer the cute-but-geeky-guy you will remember. He has matured beautifully, and he is hotter than the sun now! He’s also written his new album, The Origin Of Love, and the songs are truly spectacular.
He should write something with Justin Bieber too.
