Niall Horan has enjoyed his short break from performing but it sounds like the One Direction singer is all ready to get into the swing of things again.

The 1D star will be joined by the rest of his bandmates this evening for a performance in Liverpool and he tweeted this afternoon about his excitement to be takign to the stage. Niall wrote:

‘Goodmorning peeps! Whats goin on? Today is gona be fun! Cant wait’

Horan later added:

‘Liverpool we’re comin back, its been a while, but we will be at the echo tonight! Who is coming? Xxx’

Just two hours ago the Irish star couldn’t keep quiet about his rising anticipation and tweeted again saying:

‘Everyone ready for tonight, its a great line up, cant wait! First gig in the uk in ages’

It sounds like the fans in Liverpool will be in for quite a treat this evening!

This morning the band took a top secret flight from London City Airport to Manchester, on a special British Airways flight with the code BA1D. Eight lucky female competition winners from across Britain joined the lads on the plane and few people knew the boys were even in the air, as airport staff and journalists were asked not to give away the details of the secret visit to avoid crowds of screaming fans in the airport terminals.

Harry Styles is glad to be close to his home and told the Manchester Evening News:

“It’s always nice to be back home. I think whenever I go into Manchester it makes me so close to home so it’s always easier for me to go back to see my family.

“Living in London I don’t get to do that so it’s nice to come back to spend some time in places that I know.

“Having grown up around here I have my favourite restaurants so it’s nice to go there.

“I haven’t been back for a while so you do miss home. Your family and friends – just that stuff really. It’s great to be back.”

The lads will return to Manchester tomorrow evening for another special concert, after their Liverpudlian gig tonight.
