Niall Horan has caused even more damage to his injured leg this week.

The One Direction star took to the stage yesterday, to perform at the Radio 1 Teen Awards and admitted on Twitter that the dancing and movement caused him a lot of pain.

When a fan asked how his knee was feeling, the 1D hunk tweeted:

‘gettin better! Obviously performing on it yesterday did not help at all ! So resting it with crutches tday’

Horan revealed last week that an old football injury had flared up recently, and admitted that he was probably going to need an operation to fix his ‘floating kneecap’ permanently.

However, with his hectic work schedule we don’t know when he is going to fit that in!

Last weekend alone, One Direction performed at the Radio 1 Teen Awards, where they scooped the prize in all three categories they were nominated in. They also made an appearance on The X Factor, Niall revealed that he met Ne-Yo last night and then headed to the O2 Arena to see Cheryl Cole in concert.

We just don’t know when he’ll find time to seek medical attention for his leg.

It certainly won’t be this week, as some insiders have claimed that 1D will be heading to Paris, for a special appearance on TV show “Le grand journal” tomorrow and an interview on radio channel NRJ on Thursday.
