Harry Styles was spotted out house hunting last week and now it seems that his bandmate Liam Payne is getting in on the act.

Harry was pictured touring properties in Primrose Hill, with band stylist Lou Teasdale, prompting stories that Britain’s Got Talent judge David Walliams didn’t want the curly haired cutie to be his new neighbour.

Thankfully, David denied the newspaper reports, saying that he isn’t bothered who moves in nearby, which might be a good thing if Liam Payne also buys a house in the area.

Yesterday Payne was spotted viweing a house in the same street, also accompanied by Lou and is said to be keen to buy a property in the celeb filled streets of North London.

Other Primrose Hill residents include Kate Moss, Sadie Frost, Jude Law, Gwen Stefani , Tim Burton, Helena Bonham Carter, David Walliams and Rachel Weisz and the 1D boys could soon be in their midst, after Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw advised them to make the area their new home.

Insiders say the singers are keen to invest the fortunes they made during their recent sell out tours of America, Canada, New Zealand and Australia in plush homes and judging by the size of the house Liam was seen emerging from, we’d guess he’s ready to drop millions of pounds on his new gaff.

We did find it strange thought that his long term girlfriend Danielle Peazer wasn’t with him though. The pair more or less live together in a London apartment now and we’d have expected her to have a say over their new home. Perhaps she’ll come along for the second viewing….

We do have some sympathy for the residents of Primrose Hill if Liam and Harry do take up residence. The other stars can expect hundreds of girls camped out on their footpaths day and night and a constant police presence and we wouldn’t be surprised if very soon you see a lot more houses in the area up for sale!
