One Direction 2012: Perrie Edwards’ mum LOVES Zayn Malik and has even met his family!
Perrie Edwards’ mum has been singing the praises of young Zayn Malik.
It seems that despite the fact the Little Mix singer hasn’t been dating the One Direction hunk for very long, things could be somewhat serious as not only has he met her family, but both sets of parents have even spent time together.
It was claimed that the pair first hit it off on an X Factor video shoot last year but only got together properly when Zayn returned to the UK after his US tour in April.
He soon jetted back to America, for 1D’s first ever headline tour of the country, but during his month at home things appear to have moved quickly between the duo.
Perrie’s mum Debbie told the Sunday Sun that she is very supportive of their relationship and thinks the world of Malik.
She explained:
“They make a lovely couple. I really hope they make a go of it.
“I’ve been to his house and met the two of them with his mum and his three sisters, and I think they’re really good for each other.”
Debbie confirmed that the pair did date briefly last year, but split in December just around the time that her daughter’s girl group won The X factor. However, they stayed in touch and decided to make a go of it again when they caught up a few months ago.
She added:
“They’ve always kept in contact with phone calls and texts, and decided to take the next step a few months ago.
“Their first date was at the cinema. It was a lovely date but I don’t think Perrie could relax and enjoy it because she was so worried they were going to get spotted.
“It’s a difficult world for them to have a relationship but I really hope it works out for them, and hope they come to the North East together soon.”
Zayn is currently on tour and enjoying his gigs, but it sounds like he is getting a little homesick and perhaps missing the lady in his life. He tweeted a few days ago saying:
‘about to go on stage in Toronto, beautiful day here and gig will be great! Miss our UK fans though… Happy Jubilee weekend to you all!

Perrie recently insited that being apart isn’t as big an issue for them as it is for many couples. She is currently busy planning Little Mix’s debut single and thinks absence makes the heart grow fonder.
She said:
“I’m really happy. When you both do the same kind of thing, there’s more understanding because you both get it… and it’s more exciting when you see each other.”

I’m sorry, but I’m almost completely sure that she is using him to beckmann more known around the world, and it’s really making me mad. She needs to leave him alone. I’m sorry to everyone who ships them, but I don’t. I respect their relationship and I’m glad that Zayn is “happy” but I don’t like that they’re dating. It’s all fake, for fame, it’s pointless, and I absolutely hate it. Once again, I’m sorry.

I love Zayn! He’s amazing and i wan’t him to be happy.. but i’m concerned about Perrie’s motives. Sorry. I like Eleanor and Danielle, but i don’t really like Perrie. BUT if Zayn’s happy it’s good… but i don’t think it will last!
MY OPINION: I think they’re doing this for publicity manners. You know, just to get Little Mix a bit more known. I LOVE Zayn and if they both say they’re “happy” then so be it. But i assure you all, this little “relationship” they have probably isnt gonna last as long as you think lol
Honestly, I love Zayn and whatever makes him happy will make me happy. But it’s just something about this Perrie girl that I don’t approve of.. I’m not hatingvon her either I’m just stating that I don’t think they’ll last very long. And maybe I’m wrong. But who knows. And I shouldn’t be so quick to judge her, but I just don’t like her. On the other hand, I think Zayn and Ariana Grande would make an amazing couple. I would totally approve of that!

Not everyone hates perrie, i love her to pieces. i think they have a strong relationship, she isnt using him. she truly loves him, she tells me everyday. She is the sweetest girl i know. my daughter would never go out with somebody she didnt love. she turned down down so many boys all through her life. She would NEVER do this to anyone. There are alot of people who love my daughter and to everyone else who doesnt believe tjatit is real. SHE LOVES HIM. HE LOVES HER. If you are a fan of one direction, and you love danielle and eleanor then you should love perrie too.

I don’t trust Perrie. when i heard of zayn and perrie together it broke my heart. she’s going to end up breaking Zayn’s heart. He seems to really care about her but i don’t think she cares about him as much. She is only using zayn for the publicity, money, and fame. But what can I do? If they like each other it’s like I can go and stop it. I’m not going to send death threats, but I don’t approve of it. I love Danielle and Eleanor, they are are so awesome and down to earth. But something about Perrie just doesn’t seem right. She doesn’t really like Zayn.
I don’t really hear a lot about the girlfriends, but a lot of people are saying she is using him, and some people are saying that she really does love him, but I don’t know which side to choose but I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt becuase if Zayn is happy I’m happy(: but if she is using him she should be ashamed): but if she truly loves him(: yay!!(:
I really dnt understand how people can be happy for Eleanor+Louis n Danielle+Liam n not Perrie+Zayn? You say she’s “using” him for fame? Shes already famous n will get more famous whether she’s dating Zayn or not.. Im not hating on Eleanor or Danielle but they’re also famous! Does that mean they’re using the boys for fame? I’m truly sorry for anyone that likes Zayn and Perrie together, in my opinion, and I’m sure of this, Perrie is just using Zayn for fame, don’t you find it “pecuiliar” that when Little Mix Won X-Factor she dumped Zayn by text , but then when One Direction became more widely known here (U.S) they got back together? I just don’t want Zayn to get hurt because I know he Loves her. :[
