Liam Pyane had revealed that he does fancy Leona Lewis but he has insisted that no, he is not dating the X Factor beauty.

The One Direction star split from his long term girlfriend Danielle Peazer last week and after what seemed like only a few hours, newspapers had him lined with the ‘Trouble’ hit maker.

It was reported that he had taken the opportunity to win her over, now that he was single, but Liam has denied the claims.

Speaking during the 1D Radio 1 takeover yesterday, Payne said:

“I have met her. She’s hot. I haven’t eaten dinner with her though.”

It sounds like he is on the lookout for a new lady in his life though and on what he hopes to find in his replacement for Danielle, Liam said that he wants a woman with H nice eyes, a nice smile and someone with who he can enjoy good conversations.

Meanwhile, Liam has revealed exactly why he had his head shaved recently. He admitted that his mum was worried about him and how he was coping, after she saw he’d had an army style buzz cut, but he just decided to do it on a whim. He explained:

‘I was doing a photoshoot for a magazine, and they said what can we do with your hair, and I was like, shave it off. We went shorter, and shorter, and this is it.”

‘My mum was worried about me. She thought I’d got some clippers and done it myself.’

While out and about yesterday, Liam spent some time with royal couple Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Well it was as close as, he actually had his picture taken with a pair of lookalikes, but we think he fits in incredibly well. Maybe he could take up with Kate’s sister Pippa next.

Now that would be a story!
