One Direction 2012: Zayn Malik buys his first house – love nest for him and Perrie Edwards?
Well, it would seem that all of the One Direction boys are taking steps to grow into their futures. We reported yesterday that Liam Payne had taken his relationship with girlfriend Danielle Peazer, to the next level by moving in together, and now it has been reported that Zayn Malik has just bought his very first house, for a modest £2.2million!
The house, which is situated in north London, has six bedrooms (a room for each band member, and a spare one for Simon when he visits) and is just a few streets away from where the band stayed in the X Factor house whilst competing in the competition.
A source told the Sun newspaper: “Zayn is trying to be smart with his money by putting it into bricks and mortar.
“He fell in love with the house. The deciding factor was the huge indoor swimming pool.
“He’s already planning some pool parties for when the band are back in town.”
Malik is currently on tour with band mates Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan in the US, supported by another X Factor success story, Olly Murs.
The group have taken the states by storm, in a way that has been described as fanatical as the Beatles invasion of the country back in the 60′s. Since being over there they have appeared on a string of popular shows, been offered their own TV show and movie and were even invited to the White House by First Lady Michelle Obama when they met her at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards a few months ago.
Zayn is currently dating Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards and some sources close to the boys have claimed that it is this burgeoning relationship that made Zayn want to take the leap and buy a proper home, where they can spend plenty of private time together.
We wonder if Perrie has her colour charts out yet?

Theres no need to be mean. You can simply say you dont like Perrie and leave it at that. You dont have to go on insulting the lovely girl. Shes sweet and hasnt done ANYTHING to you or Zayn. So please back off love. Xx
cool and lola, i know… I dont get why he is going out with her, shes not even his type! She also seems fake. Shes using him just because he is now famous, he liked her before and she said no to him but now all of a sudden she wants to date him?! if thats the case and she ends up hurting my zaynie i will kill her… lol no but… I love him! just my opinion!
You all need to stop hating on Perrie. She is a lovely lady and hasnt done anything wrong. Just be happy for the two of them and you all need to start accepting the fact that he really likes Perrie. IF it turns out that Perrie WAS using him (doubt it) then you can start with all of this nonsence. Even though you shouldnt be sending anyone hate. If you dont have something nice to say, dont say it at all.

i agree with sara, be happy for him saying that about perrie will not make him love or like you so get over your selves real fans support the band and their girlfriends.
We are real fans!!! We are absolutely happy for him, if hes happy so am I! I never said he would love me or any of that so i dont know what your talking about! and get over ourselves? really!!! we are expressing our feelings we have the right. Just because they boys are dating a girl doesnt mean we have to like them! I dont need to support their girlfriends! I need to support the boys! and hun, you need to get over yourself!xx
If you were rlly supporting the boys you would get off your couch, and go to a One Direction concert and send them fan mail instead of arguing with directioners you dont even know and trying to tell them off on some website. And also you should be supporting 1Ds girlfriends because the boys love their gfs and u should support their decisions to be with them by supporting their girlfriends. I agree with Bells 100%.
We are just expressing our feelings, we have the right! We dont hate her we just dislike her, its our opinion and you guys should respect that. We love Zayn and all the boys. We wish the best for them and if they are happy then so are we! We just dont really like Perrie thats that you cant change my opinion!!!xx We will always be there for the boys!
Im not 100% sure of them dating im a HUGE DiReCtIoNeR and dont get me wrong or anything but im not sure of this shit my friend has all the things he wants for a girl. Plus, she LOVES him. So… she doesnt get to date him. My point is why sould she??
I totally agree. Its just that we dont get the chance! There are better girls out there for him like me lol or even your friend. But chances are that will never happen:( But he chose her so, for now we should just be happy for him but I dont really like her. If somethings meant to be it will find its way through!xx
