Niall Horan has hit out at recent press reports that said he was in a car crash this week.

Some newspapers reported that the One Direction singer was in a road traffic accident on his way home from the airport a couple of days ago and while they said he was not badly injured, it was claimed that the hunk was very shaken up and upset.

He rubbished the claims today on Twitter after being barraged by concerned fans, worried for his wellbeing. Niall tweeted:

“I was not in a crash and that is not my car,”

Phew! That’s alright then.

In other news, apparently the fab fivesome have been seeking some serious financial advice, over how to manage their ever growing fortunes.

Niall, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles have become multi millionaires in just one year and after splashing out on plush properties, new cars and multiple wardrobes full of clothes it appears that the singers know they need to have a good long term strategy.

Their record label bosses reportedly recommended that they take on one of Britain’s leading asset management headed by Grant Thornton to advise them on the most prudent way to invest their cash. It’s the same firm that looks after the big lottery winners, so we’d say they know their stuff.

A source told The Mirror:

“Their success is quite staggering – so are the profits coming with it.

“Although they’re all mature for their age, they are still five young boys at heart and have all made mistakes.”

“They’ve now been assigned a small team at one of the country’s top money service providers who will be advising the boys on matters of tax, capital and investment.”

It sounds all very grown up and sensible. So much so that we wouldn’t be at all surprised if the whole thing was Daddy Directioners’ idea!
